We are so excited and honored to announce that Sisters PGH is now offering FREE behavioral health services for trans and nonbinary folks in Pittsburgh + Allegheny County.
These services will include:
- 1:1 therapy
- Peer support groups
- Wellness + harm reduction
- A provider who sees you
- No cost. No gatekeeping. Just care.
We prioritize Black and Brown trans people in our housing and outreach programs, but ALL trans folks connected to Sisters PGH are welcome.

SisTers PGH
SisTers PGH was created to aid and rehabilitate transgender and people of color and impoverished individuals , those that have been victimized by a society that does not allow them to thrive within the community with permanent solutions to marginalization. By educating transgender issues and people of color through outreach and advocacy, we will help to empower trans people within their communities. SisTers PGH is a BLACK and TRANS led non-profit organization which serves black and brown, trans and nonbinary people within our communities.
