CDC Health Survey - Can You Help?

The CDC needs your help to stop the spread of a contagious disease in our community…

Meningococcal disease (meningitis) is spreading in the MSM community and is highly preventable through a vaccine.  The CDC needs your opinions to help provide communications that will be effective in creating awareness and action within our community.
