The NW PA Pride Alliance, Inc. works to improve visibility of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning, Intersexed and Ally/Asexual (LGBTQIA) community. It also facilitates communication and collaboration between groups and individuals within the region's LGBTQIA community and the greater region's community, while respecting individual and group identity.

LBT Women of Erie is a social and support group for lesbian, bisexual and transgender women. Our group has been together in its current form since October, 2008. We hold monthly meetings at Brew Ha Ha at the Colony, in Erie. With a few exceptions, all meetings are held on the second Sunday of each month at noon. Members and first-timers are encouraged to bring ideas and information on events that they would like to participate in with the group. Our events are as varied as the women in our group, and any given month you should be able to find an event to attend that will interest you.
