Deadline for April 2016 print edition (issue # 245) of Erie Gay News is Monday, March 14

For the next print edition of Erie Gay News (issue # 245, cover dated for April, 2016), please send in calendar events, news items, and other info for late March 2016 and beyond by Monday, March 14. We expect that the next print edition will come out on Tuesday, March 22.

Please note! This issue will also feature our Voters' Guide. We are surveying candidates for the Pennsylvania Primary Election (to be held April 26) for US Senator, US Congress PA-3 & PA-3, PA State Senate District 49 and PA State House Districts 1,2,3,4 & 6. We also invite you to the Candidate Forum organized jointly by Erie Gay News and Mental Health Association of NW PA (MHA) to be held on Thursday, March 24 at 6:30 PM at the MHA, 1101 Peach St, Erie PA.

If you are writing an article for Erie Gay News, please try to keep it to 500 words or less; we generally try to have most articles be a page or less. (250 words is a half-page, which is also a good length.) We can post longer articles to our web site.

If you have anything happening in late March 2016 (or even later-we can always add items to the internal calendar for later listing), please get it to us by Monday, March 14. Please always bear in mind the "6 week" rule; if you are having a special event that you want to let folks know about, you need to get us the details even preliminary/tentative is okay) 6 weeks before the event takes place.
