1994 Pride Picnic
The Bridges Picnic on June 11th was a very pleasant, low-key affair. We did have some folks come all the way from Bradford. Folks had a good time. We had a volleyball game that had to be seen to be believed. It might have appeared to have been a mass tryout for the Athletically-Challenged Olympics. Most important was that we all had great fun, sort of what I heard about the Gay Games-the point is to enjoy the activity and the friendship, and not necessarily to be the Jock from Hell.
