The book celebrates silenced chapters and celebrates queer and Latine history by honoring LGBTQ+ Latine pioneers, such as, Sylvia Rivera, Cristina Hayworth, Jose Julio Sarria, Walter Mercado, Cecilia Gentili, Lorena Borjas, and Jennicet Gutierrez.
