Compton's Table: End-of-Year Giving

This year, Compton's Table celebrated the graduation of three cohorts from our True North program, generously supported by the Erie Community Foundation. Our Chat n Chills continue to foster a warm, inclusive environment for connection and support, while our Open Mic nights showcase and uplift the incredible talents of local queer artists. June we hosted our 40 Shades of Purple Fundraising Event which pulled together over 130 individuals to celebrate founder Tyler Titus' 40th birthday and all that Compton's has accomplished.

A major achievement was our Name Change Clinic, which helped over 30 individuals, fully covering legal and court costs for 10 Erie County residents to align their identities with their official documents. We also provided almost $10,000 in emergency aid to queer individuals in crisis, helping them flee unsafe living environments and find safety in our community.

In moments of sorrow, we stood together in Butler County to honor Pauly, a young trans teen, emphasizing our resolve to support our community through all times. Our engagement in Pride365 and other collaborative events has been crucial in nurturing safe, affirming spaces for everyone.

As we approach the end of the year, your continued support is more important than ever. Please consider making an end-of-year contribution through PayPal or through our Venmo @ComptonsTable. Your gift will enable us to sustain and expand these essential programs, making a tangible difference in the lives of many.

Thank you once again for being a part of our community. Together, we are stronger and can achieve great things.
