3rd Annual Macy's and Compton's Table Back To School

On Sunday, August 25th, Macy's teamed up with Compton's Table for a back-to-school bash that was anything but basic. Thirteen queer youth and young adults strutted through the aisles, handpicking gender-affirming clothing, accessories, and school supplies that screamed, "This is me!" And the best part? The entire store was theirs.

For the third year running, Macy's Give Back program chose Compton's Table to host this fab, completely free event, making sure our local queer youth head back to school or work with confidence and style. The store's affirming staff was on hand to serve up some serious fashion advice, while Macy's kept everyone fueled with donuts, muffins, juice, and coffee.

Shopping spree + supportive space + sweet treats = one unforgettable Sunday morning. Here's to another year of serving up authenticity, one fabulous outfit at a time!
