Rain was not able to dampen the Pride spirit in Meadville

NW PA Pride Alliance hosted its second annual Meadville Pride and Street Fair Saturday, June 29th. Opening ceremonies were held in Diamond Park, co-hosted by NW PA Pride President Alex Sphon and TransFamily of NW PA Board Member Eli Skelton.

The rain was off and on all day, but it did not hinder those who came out to hear messages from Meadville Mayor Jaime Kinder, Travis Smith, and Rianna Czech. Drag performances by Pissi, Snarebear, and Xnx Kameleon also entertained the crowd. Following the opening ceremonies, those gathered marched around Diamond Park and then filed down to the street fair on Chestnut Street.
