SisTers PGH launches TGNC Youth Collective

TGNC Youth Collective is a space where young TGNC folk can express their creativity while creating a collaborative initiative that aims to improve service delivery outcomes for TGNC young people through the delivery of activities that build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills in TGNC youth.

We are now accepting inquiries for our program, TGNC Youth Collective for 2023. Inquiries must identify as a trans woman, trans man, or gender, nonconforming sibling between the ages of 15-23 and live in Pittsburgh/Allegheny County.

The TGNC Youth collective will provide direct assistance and support to TGNC youth who would otherwise not have space or opportunity to speak about their feelings and experiences.

We intend to create a brave space where our TGNC youth can be themselves unapologetically while building a collective of trans youth that can have the guidance and resources they need while being apart of a collective of up-and-coming TGNC leaders of Pittsburgh/Allegheny County continuing to advance our voices and leadership is realms it's needed the most.

SisTers PGH leadership team intends to provide guidance and financial support while giving space for our youth to lead as they see fit, unapologetically.

The youth collective shall be compiled of TGNC Youth ages 15-23 that are engaged in social justice initiatives that improve the livelihood of TPOC in our region.
