Participants in PA, NJ, and NY sought for Rutgers Study on Firearms and Interpersonal Violence Among LGBTQ+ Individuals

The Center for Health, Identity, Behavior and Prevention Studies (CHIBPS) at the Rutgers School of Public Health is looking for individuals to complete 45-75 minute interviews via Zoom. The purpose of this study is to better understand experiences with firearms and interpersonal violence among LGBTQ+ individuals who are living in New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania. Further, we hope to understand how these experiences are also shaped by mental health, substance use, sexual behavior, and other political and structural factors. Participants will receive a $50 electronic gift card for their participation. The survey has been approved by the Institutional Review Board at Rutgers University (Pro2021002223).
