Introducing Warren County Pride, Inc.

Warren, PA (January 17, 2021) - The leaders of the Warren County Pride celebration are pleased to announce the formation of Warren County Pride, Incorporated (WCPI). Warren County Pride, Inc. is the first community-based 501c3 organization focused on celebrating the LGBTQIA community's presence within Warren County, PA.

With this new organization, WCPI will host the annual Warren County Pride Day and related events throughout the year. Warren County Pride Day is an inclusive all-ages family event celebrating diversity and promoting equality, acceptance, tolerance, and love throughout Warren county Pennsylvania.

The WCPI board members are Sara Culver Provencio, President, Jill Sumner, Vice-President, Douglas Hearn, Treasurer, and Father Matthew Scott, Secretary. "We want to express our appreciation to Trinity Memorial Episcopalian Church for helping guide our organization through this process and providing us with space to meet," said Sara Culver Provencio.

Warren County Pride Day 2021 was voted as Warren County's Best 2021 Event in the Warren Times Observer's Readers' Choice Survey.

Warren County Pride Day 2022 is scheduled for June 18th, 2022, at Betts Park. The annual event is open to the LGBTQIA+ community with friends, family, allies and the general public. It includes vendors, agencies, resource tables, guest speakers, DJs, performers, games, and activities.
