Buffalo Gay Men's Chorus Annual Gala Fundraiser "You Are... Sexy" on Feb 8

Buffalo Gay Men's Chorus presents their annual gala fundraiser, "You Are... Sexy" on Saturday, February 8 at Shea's Smith Theatre Bistro. Doors open at 6:30 PM, concert starts 8 PM. Tickets are $35 each or couples for $60.

Yes, you ARE sexy. Even if maybe some days it doesn't feel like it. Or maybe you're one of those lucky people that feels sexy All.The.Time. Either way, in the wake of struggling to lose those extra holiday pounds we all packed on, bundled up and pale in our winter attire with Valentine's Day fast approaching, we think this is the perfect time to remind ourselves (and our patrons) that sexiness is inherent in us all. And it ought to be celebrated.

Our annual gala fundraiser event this year takes a new shape in the form of a cabaret-concert hybrid at Shea's dynamite Smith Theatre & Bistro with full BGMC performances, smaller cabaret ensembles, an all male A Capella group from Fredonia and some other surprises sprinkled in. you'll just have to trust us).

The evening will be emceed by the delightfully entertaining Michael J Starzynski, we've got great silent auction items to bid on and a professionally-manned photo booth on site so you can ham it up for the camera (unlimited use of which is included with your ticket).

Of course, there will also be some yummy food circulating and a cash bar. We're looking forward to an evening of whimsy and warmth regardless of what it may be doing outside.
