The First Congregational United Church of Christ, 41 E Jefferson St, Jefferson OH will be celebrating the adoption of their open and affirmation covenant (a loving welcome of LGBT+ persons and allies) on Sunday, December 1 at 3 PM. An Armenian Christian born and raised in Aleppo, Syria, Nayiri Karjian graduated with a Master of Divinity degree from Lancaster Theological Seminary, Lancaster PA. Nayiri's interests include the arts, especially music, reading, traveling, languages, global issues, and good chocolate.

Evan Howe, MD
Evan Howe is born, raised, and now resides in Jefferson, Ohio. He started playing Highland Bagpipes at the age of 10 under Sarah MacDonald. In recent years he has extended his interest in bagpipes to the study of Scottish Smallpipes, Irish Uilleann Pipes, Northumbrian Smallpipes, Swedish Säckpipa, and Catalan Sac de Gemecs as well as the cultural histories and experiences that accompany each instrument. He has performed at weddings, funerals, veterans events and many other celebrations of human experience.
Josh Woodard
Singer, Actor, Event Planner and Old Lady Impersonator. Josh an Ashtabula County native has an amazing voice and has performed in Music Theater Venues across Northeast Ohio. His performances include Brigadoon, Joseph's Technicolor Dreamcoat, Bye, Bye Birdie, Titanic and the Wizard of OZ.
