In observance of World AIDS Day, the Erie County HIV Task Force is proud to honor those who have lost their courageous battle with HIV, those fighting the disease, and family and friends of those with HIV. An AIDS Quilt panel display and art work display will be held in the Admiral Room of the Blasco Memorial Library, 160 E. Front Street Erie PA on Thursday Dec. 1 from 1:30-3:30p.m. County Executive Kathy Dahlkemper will be speaking as part of a short program at 2 PM.
