Erie GLBT Contingent in Edinboro Homecoming Parade
On Saturday, October 8, 2011, several members of Erie's GLBT community marched as a unit in the Edinboro University Homecoming Parade. This was the first time for the LGBT community to participate, and we had been invited to march by the University. The parade went through the campus and also through the streets of Edinboro PA. The crowds were friendly, and we got quite a few smiles and waves. Photos are by Michael Mahler, co-editor of Erie Gay News, with editing by Deb Spilko.
