Hoovler Named PFLAG State Coordinator

During the recent national PFLAG (Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered Persons) conference held Oct. 11-14 in McLean, VA, Mark Hoovler was appointed PFLAG’s Pennsylvania State Coordinator. Hoovler is president of the PFLAG Erie and Crawford Counties chapter.

In this volunteer position, Hoovler will work directly with Carole Reeder, North Atlantic Regional Director (NY, NJ, PA) and Jamie Curtis, Senior Field and Policy Coordinator, Northeast Region, to assist in the PA Chapters’ retention, revitalization, growth and support of PFLAG’s mission.
