Applications OPEN: Join the Inaugural Keystone Liberation Leadership Academy

This fall, SisTers PGH will welcome 6 Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse Pennsylvanians into the first-ever Keystone Liberation Leadership Academy cohort.
The Keystone Liberation Leadership Academy is a 15-week virtual leadership academy created to strengthen leadership, build community, and invest directly in BIPOC trans leadership across Pennsylvania.
What Cohort Members Receive
- $1,500 Leadership Stipend
- 15-Week Virtual Leadership Academy
- Graduation Leadership Retreat
- National BIPOC Trans Guest Speakers
- Leadership Development & Community Building
We Are Looking for Leaders Ready to Do the Work
We encourage applicants to approach the application with integrity, purpose, and intention.
Take your time and thoughtfully answer each question. KLLA is not a program where participants simply attend for 15 weeks and automatically graduate. Cohort members will be expected to engage, participate, challenge themselves, complete the work, and actively contribute to the learning community.
We're looking for people who are ready to invest in their own leadership while building alongside other BIPOC trans leaders throughout Pennsylvania.
Applicants must reside in Pennsylvania.
