2024 LEAGUE Foundation Scholarship Application Period Is Open Now

Every student has the right and the potential to excel!

The LEAGUE Foundation provides financial resources for America's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender or Queer high school seniors entering their first year of institutions of higher learning. The scholarship application opens annually in January and closes in April with awards distributed in the summer of each year.

Who we are:

Since 1996, LEAGUE Foundation has awarded 220 college scholarships totaling $480,500 to self-identified lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBTQ+) graduating US High School Students and or US Military Base High School students based on the following achievements: a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale; significant involvement in community service; and acceptance to an accredited US junior college, four-year college, or university.

LEAGUE Foundation is an entity of LEAGUE at AT&T, Inc. Founded in 1987, LEAGUE at AT&T is one of the nation's oldest LGBTQ+ employee resource groups. As an independent 501c(3) LEAGUE is supported by individual, corporate, and external LGBTQ organizations.

Over the years, the Foundation has grown into a national scholarship fund reaching all 50 states, the District of Columbia and all U.S. Territories.

LEAGUE Foundation Awards:

Application Window: January 1, 2024, through April 15, 2024. Applicants can apply using a desktop, laptop, tablet, or cellphone.
