18th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Weekend raises $3,684.00
This year's Pink Party weekend was October 6-8 at The Zone Dance Club, 133 W 18th St. The benefit was a three-night event with $3,684.00 going to Linked By Pink.
Michelle Michaels would like to thank the Zone Dance Club owners, Lou, and the entire staff at the bar for allowing me to do what I do every year unconditionally. This year was our 18th year, and without the help of some great people, she could not do half of what they do.
Thank you to our basket auction options to Gracie, Sandy, Gina, Mary, Marty and Josh, Shay, Glenn, Northwest Pride Alliance, Brenda Dugan and Mama Dugan, Sherry, Jess and Ralph of Pittsburgh. Macy's, Brittany and Mike from Like My Thai restaurant, and Robert E. I'd like to thank the people who helped with the baked goods, Sam's Club, and Michelle's long-time friends Holly, Sherry, Jenn Y, Cindy, Gracie, and Joe for the special private donation.
Thanks to Little Dance Studio! Stacy G, Sue, Nancy, Monkey and Sue, May and Jerry, and Dori
Michelle would also like to thank her fellow queens for always stepping up to help. She'd like to thank Debbie and Arthur. She'd also like to thank Vivian for chipping in the help on Friday night.
Thanks to Misty Michaels Kall, Snarebear, Taylor Morgan, Porshaa Lejayy, our current Miss Erie Shea D'Heaux, and a thank you to Rebecca Mae, who was our bartender for the evening.
