30th Annual Pride Picnic

Summer is the traditional time for family picnics. For 30 years, the Erie Queer Community has been able to gather with their natural families or even their families of choice to share some good food, enjoy the beauty of Presque Isle, and network with local agencies assisting the queer community as well as take advantage of free screenings from the Central Outreach mobile unit.

This year over 200 people were able to attend the event held at the Rotary Pavilion on Presque Isle hosted by the NW Pride Alliance and sponsored this year by Central Outreach. Meats and beverages were provided by the NW PA Pride Alliance, and those in attendance were asked to bring a dish to share.
