2023 LEAGUE Foundationn Scholarship Recipients

LEAGUE Foundation Awards 13 New Scholarships; Brings total to 220 recipients.

Dallas, TX - LEAGUE Foundation awarded 13 new college scholarships for 2023. Since its inception in 1996, the LEAGUE Foundation has awarded 220 college scholarships. As one of the nation's oldest LGBTQ scholarship programs, LEAGUE Foundation has given scholarships to students attending different US institutions nationwide.

Named scholarships in the amount of $3,000 each

• Matthew Shepard Memorial Scholarship / Lynn Fountain
• Laurel Hester Memorial Scholarship / Rocky Belvedere
• Tyler Clementi Memorial Scholarship / Rainer Pasca
• Frank Duracher Memorial Scholarship / Isabel Mavrides-Calderon

LEAGUE Foundation Scholarships in the amount of $2,000 each.

Through the years, LEAGUE Foundation has received applications from students in all 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
