The City of Erie's DECD ARP Grant & Loan Application is LIVE!
City of Erie small business owners, entrepreneurs, and community groups can now apply for funding from seven of the Department of Economic and Community Development's ARP grants/loans. These programs are designed to support local small businesses and entrepreneurs recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Programs that are open for application, include:
- Large-Scale Residential Construction & Development Loan Fund
- Flagship ARP Micro-Grant
- Small Business Diversity Loans
- Small Business Technical Assistance Programs
- COVID-19 Debt Refi/Restructure
- Community Development Initiatives
- Restaurant & Entertainment Venue Grant

Please look for the "How-to-Apply" webinar links to attend a live zoom meeting to ask questions and walk through the application with the City's Business Development Officer Jennifer Hoffman. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. The DEI Project Review Team will meet monthly to assess completed applications and recommend awards.
