Pennsylvania LGBTQ COVID-19 Vaccine Survey

Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center, in partnership with LGBT centers and LGBT health clinics across Pennsylvania, is collecting data for a statewide Pennsylvania LGBTQ COVID-19 vaccine survey. It is important to know what our community is thinking about the COVID-19 vaccine! LGBTQ+ Pennsylvanians aged 18 years and older are invited to participate. Visit https://bit.ly/vaccinesurveyPA

The survey is approved by the IRB at Bryn Mawr College, and all responses are confidential. This is the first statewide LGBTQ COVID-19 vaccine survey in the country and is modeled after a regional survey in Boulder, Colorado.
