On April 6, Central Outreach Wellness Center, 3104 State St, Erie PA, will offer COVID-19 vaccines for the LGBT community from Noon until 5 p.m.

If you have insurance, please send a picture of your insurance card to info@centraloutreach.com after you register for your appointment. This is required if you have insurance. You do not need insurance to receive a COVID-19 vaccine on April 6 at Central Outreach Erie. No insurance? No problem!
