Central Outreach Wellness Center – Erie, 3104 State St, Erie PA will have COVID-19 vaccine appointments for Phase 1A persons this Tuesday, February 16, at their Erie office. The deadline to register/apply is this Monday, February 15, at 9 AM. If you or someone you know is Phase 1A, they can apply here. You MUST register to receive the vaccination.

As a reminder, 1A Conditions Include - Frontline healthcare workers, Age 65+, Ages 16-64 with high-risk conditions: cancer, chronic kidney disease, COPD, Down Syndrome, heart conditions, immunocompromised state, obesity, severe obesity, pregnancy, sickle cell disease, smoking, & Type 2 Diabetes
