A Re-imagined Dining Out (In) For Life on October 13

Dining Out For Life 2020 is just around the corner! This year, on October 13, Evergreen Health Services is encouraging patrons to order take out from one of our participating restaurants, where 100% of the proceeds will go toward these restaurants who have been hit hardest by COVID-19.

Those who donate to Evergreen Health’s HIV services will be entered to win one of several great raffle prizes. The grand prize is two round trip tickets on JetBlue. All donations made on October 13 will be matched dollar for dollar up to $12,000 thanks to our presenting sponsor, KeyBank.
