Deadline for May 2020 print edition (issue # 294) of Erie Gay News is Monday, April 13

For the next edition of Erie Gay News (issue # 294, cover dated for May 2020), please send in online events, news items, and other info for late April 2020 and beyond by Monday, April 13. We expect that the next edition will come out on Tuesday, April 21. PLEASE NOTE! Because of COVID-19 and the statewide lockdown, this issue will be published online only, as both a PDF and also as separate articles.

We are aware that there are no in person events currently taking place, and we encourage you to get us info that we can share with our readers about virtual meetings and events. Now, more than ever, we need to support each other and continue to connect community members. If you are writing an article for Erie Gay News, please try to keep it to 500 words or less; we generally try to have most articles be a page or less. (250 words is a half-page, which is also a good length.) We can post longer articles to our web site.

If you have anything happening in late April 2020 (or even later-we can always add items to the internal calendar for later listing), please get it to us by Monday, April 13. Please always bear in mind the "6 week" rule; if you are having a special event that you want to let folks know about, you need to get us the details even preliminary/tentative is okay) 6 weeks before the event takes place.
