The Mental Health Association in Chautauqua County has started a new community support group called Southern Tier Queer Peers (STQP), Tuesdays from 5:30-7PM at the Gateway Center, 31 Water St, Suite 7, Door 14, Jamestown NY. This group is open to all, and will focus on the particular struggles that face the LGBTQIA+ community.

STQP will be an open format, allowing for conversation and focus to go where the community needs at the moment. As with all of our groups we will introduce ourselves, give everyone a chance to express themselves, and then allow the conversation to go where it goes. Participation is completely voluntary. If you aren’t comfortable sharing, you don’t have to. And all groups are confidential outside the group.
