NAMI of Erie County Support Groups

NAMI of Erie County support groups take place in an intimate, confidential setting to allow peers and families to share with each other their experiences. This type of group lets you know that you are not alone. There is no registration required, the support groups are free and open to the public. Family Support Group
The Family Support Group is a support group for family members, caregivers, loved ones of someone living with the everyday challenges of a mental illness. The support group for families meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the NAMI of Erie County office.

Peer Support Group
The Peer Support Group is a support group for individuals experiencing a mental illness.  Individuals do not need a formal diagnosis to attend. The support group for peers meets on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the NAMI of Erie County office.
