Greg Rabb re-elected to Jamestown City Council President
JAMESTOWN, NY—By a 9 to 0 vote, the Jamestown City Council selected Greg Rabb to be City Council President again on January 6, 2014. This is Rabb’s fourth term on the council. He has served as council president since first being elected to office. as Jamestown City Councilman at large. Rabb is the only openly gay elected official in the eight counties of western New York.

Single Voice Reading Series: Inaugural Poet Richard Blanco
Inaugural Poet Richard Blanco will read his work at Allegheny College on January 30. Blanco is America's fifth inaugural poet, writing for President Barack Obama's 2013 inauguration ceremony. He's also the first Latino, first immigrant, first openly-gay and youngest person to be the inaugural poet for the United States.
