Victory! Puzder Withdrew Nomination for Labor Secretary

February 15, 2017 - Equality Federation is pleased that following weeks of pressure, Andrew Puzder withdrew from consideration for Labor Secretary today. Equality Federation, alongside labor groups, women's groups, and others, has been raising concerns about Puzder's deeply troubling record of undermining the dignity of his employees and his refusal to answer questions about his commitment to nondiscrimination protections.
