Um, we can knock it off with that death thing already.

One of the board members for the United NeoPagan Council of Lake Erie unexpectedly died last week. She was a wonderful and kind person, and had been tremendously helpful at last year’s Pagan Pride Day. I went to the viewing for her funeral on Friday when I got out of work.

One of our other board member’s grandmother also passed on, so that was the next stop. So, the theme for Friday was apparently get out of work and hit the funerals. It sounded like the grandmother had led a rich and full life, and was much loved.

Today, I was communicating with a friend, whose best friend died very recently. I knew the best friend as well. Some wonderful conversations there. It sounds like the circumstances were pretty traumatic and I feel sorry for both friends (the one who passed on, and the one left dealing with the loss.)

So, can we ease up on this death thing for a while, m’kay?

I know what you mean. It blows big time this death stuff. I lost 4 very good friends just last week alone. It’s devastating. Tell me…where to Pagan’s go when they die? I’m presuming not heaven because of all of the hokus-pokus stuff. Just curious.

PS – I just heart your blog.
