I had an Obama steering committee at 9 AM and had been up way to late. I set my alarm for 7 AM, but fell back asleep. I ended up waking up at 8:55 and panicked. I just threw on some clothes and dashed out the door. Fortunately, the meeting was relatively close by. so I wasn’t noticeably too late. It went well. I had been out the previous night doing voter registration.
There was also a truck that afternoon and they needed folks to stand in front of the photo of McCain hugging Bush while the mayor and city council president spoke.
I also did some more voter registration in the evening.
