Stress and conflict

I am trying to keep a stiff upper lip, but I am having some difficulty with a group of folks with some rather severe control issues (in my opinion.)

While discussing a topic via email, this person (whom I have come to refer to internally as Locutus) actually said something to the effect of "how can we make progress if everyone continues doing their own thing?"

How simply rude of me to not happily be assimilated into the collective! Sure, folks should work together, but some of us have this weird penchant of wanting to maintain some kind of individuality. (Look I am Pagan. We give life to the term "disorganized religion".)

Oh well, maybe I am just being unreasonable about all of this. It is REALLY making me into a neurotic, stressed out mess.
