Folding and a forgotten PDA

Folding the July issue of Erie Gay News went fairly well. Deb had been over working on getting the photos from Sunday's Stonewall: Cradle of Gay Activism ready for Flickr, and asked me to give her a ride, since she was going some place near the Zone. (We fold the newsletter at the Zone Dance Club.)

I am usually pretty frantic in running out of work, gathering stuff for folding and then zooming off to folding. So, when I left the house, I forgot my PDA. I normally use it to write down who the volunteers are to thank and any stray notes. I am infamous for whipping it out to look something up or show a photo.

When folks saw that I had forgotten it and was insufficiently geeked up, they joked about me having a panic attack and needing to breathe into a paper bag to avoid hyperventilating. ;)

We had slightly fewer volunteers than usual, but we have been getting absolutely phenomenal folks, and they finished up folding and dividing up for folding in under an hour and a half. Way cool! I am so grateful for the support of such terrific friends!
