A surprisingly gay chat at work

I walked into the Monday morning programmers' meeting. Two of the guys were talking about hair cuts and one said that for a guy paying more than $15 was just crazy. They then talked a bit further and asked me for my opinion. I said that I thought straight men talking about hair styling in such detail was odd. It got a laugh.

Then it came out that the barbershop that one of them was talking about had been purchased by an uncle of one of the guys, who shared a first name with the previous owner. I asked for the last name, and mentioned that the guy had done theatre with my dad in the mid 1970's. (So, we had hair styling followed by talking about theatre. One of the guys in the meeting does theatre.)

Later on, the subject of baseball/going to see a baseball game came up. A female programmer said that she wasn't interested in the game, but sometimes watching for the cute guys in tight pants.

So, hair styling, then theatre, then ogling guys in tight pants. If I had half an hour more, I bet I could have gotten them to sing Sondheim.
