Groan! My washing machine, which is probably close to 10 years old, has been failing for a bit now. My friend Jeff looked at it, and he said that it wasn't looking so good. So, I am getting a new one (so much for the mystery of where that stimulus check will go.)
It is set to be delivered next Saturday. I was getting a few loads of laundry done today, and it seems to have died. Grr! There would only have been 2 loads and then I would have been done with it forever.
I guess I should look on the bright side and be glad that the replacement is lined up for next week, which is likely to be the next time I will need to do laundry. So, I just need to do one trip to the laundromat. Sigh!
