My next door neighbor, Kathy, works with John who used to own the house I live in. Kathy hasn't had a computer before, and was excited to have gotten one. She was a tad unsure about hooking it up, so John suggested that she contact me.
I went over there, and had her working fairly quickly. She said that the cable modem will be installed on Thursday, and she already let work know that she would probably be tired on Friday from being up late playing with the PC. ;)
