A local professional let me me know earlier this week about setting up a business alliance meeting on Thursday, so I rolled out my contacts and played yenta and made some calls/emails. We had about 20 or so people at the meeting. Before the meeting, I was getting phone calls from a guy named Keith who was helping to put the meeting together. I was not connecting a face with the name and felt faintly embarrassed, since it seemed like he knew me. I chatted with people at the meeting, and was talking with someone that I had dated 2 years ago for a few months. It then struck me - duh! It was that Keith.
After that I went to small social for early arrivals for Drenched Fur, and then went home and created an email list for the Erie Gay Business Alliance and sent a recap of the meeting.
