Sigh, so I looked through my junk email folder, and saw an ad from Eventful.com pushing a dating service for (ahem) mature singles (i.e. 45+.) I actually don't turn 45 until August, but it did make me feel like I have attained fogey/codger status. Not that there's anything wrong with that. ;)
Actually, I really don't have a problem with it. One either gets older or one dies. And I like having lots of history/memories to look back on. Truth to tell, I have never thought of myself as being cutting edge in fashion or music or typically trendy stuff, so not being a hot young thing is not a big deal. (Not that I ever was, of course.)

Well, not quite 45 yet. However, if you suffix that with "because, I would have guessed late 50's, easily", I would probably just cry. ;)
