Sigh, so I looked through my junk email folder, and saw an ad from Eventful.com pushing a dating service for (ahem) mature singles (i.e. 45+.) I actually don’t turn 45 until August, but it did make me feel like I have attained fogey/codger status. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Okay, I have to admit that this story made me giggle. Robbing a place where a motorcycle group was hanging out. I have known some bikers, and they can be very nice people, but as a general rule, it would usually seem wiser not to threaten them.

I had a rather long and difficult day at work yesterday. (The next week is likely to be stressful.) I got home late, and there was snow to shovel when I got there. A guy came over and said that if I had gotten home a few minutes earlier, he would have done it . . . → Read More: Faith in humanity vindicated

The wife of the coordinator for the Erie Sisters volunteered to set up children’s activities. I am so close to being comatose right now, but things are pretty good. Ken and I went out dancing last night, and I was sort of tired/out of sorts. We went out to grab a bite to eat afterwards, and that was nice indeed. (He was adorable playing with the dogs when we . . . → Read More: Busy weekend

Eden was shocked to get 6:50 AM. 10:02 is cool. I get cranky at having to do anything much before then.

Sigh, for a few weeks now, I have been having intermittent DNS issues with the eriegaynews.com. I can usually get in at home, but it seems to be a hodge podge for other folks sending me email, browsing the site.
The tech support folks at ImageLinkUSA.Net just had me point to a different name . . . → Read More: DNS issues with Erie Gay News domain
