Well, laying low and taking it easy seems to have helped a lot. I did manage to get some of the housecleaning done and prepared a bit for newsletter deadline time, which starts tomorrow.
I have been stopping it at work to check on a conversion that was sort of lengthy. It isn't a live conversion, but doing some of the stuff over the weekend means that I can work on another conversion on Monday. (Big client, and pretty much will be from scratch for the next one.)
I did put in an appearance at the reception for the Films for Food last night. I had gone the entire day doing domestic stuff, and it felt like I needed to interact with other live human beings. It was mostly over when I got there, but I did have a nice chat or two.
Today I got around to raking the yard, which feels like there may not be that many more chances. WIth nightfall coming so early, chances are few and far between.
