Open circle for Samhain, an anniversary, etc

I had a very nice time last night at the open circle for Samhain that the Covenant of Brighidshaven had. They had a huge turnout, a great potluck, and just an all around nice atmosphere.

Something tickled at the back of my brain, so I checked my PDA for the history document I have on there. Yup! It had been 15 years (and maybe 8 days) since the first open to the public Pagan event we had held there at the UU. It was a completely different set of personnel, and we only had 3 students, but it was neat to see how things have grown in the Pagan community since we started.

I am glad that there are so many groups and that everyone supports each other. We are batting around doing a print publication (that's probably going to be the main topic at a meeting on Monday.)

I am also looking forward to the open circle we are doing this Saturday at Trance Night Club, 1607 Raspberry St, Erie PA at 2 PM.
