We had a call from the big bad conversion customer from last week. The person in accounting is rather uncomfortable with change. The question that was asked to another programmer was how to print a chart of accounts in General Ledger. He told her, "um go into General Ledger, then Reports, then choose Chart of Accounts."
I suggested that we should have told her to run around the desk waving her hands and imitating Broderick Crawford. Maybe ask, "And you do have pureed green beans to smear in your hair, yes? Is your mortgage paid off? Shoe size???"
But apparently, no one else thought that would be fun. Sigh.
