This seems to have disappeared from Amazon.com. Maybe because they realized it looked like a sex toy. They also have other characters like SpongeBob Squarepants (and yes, it REALLY should be SpoogeBob Queerpants in this case.)
It takes batteries. Of course it does. :) I wonder if it vibrates. It really should. :)
